Bud Grossmann
Born in 1949, Bud Grossmann has published numerous photographs, cartoons, poems, and works of fiction and non-fiction, including five books of “Gramma Letters.” Licensed as a real estate broker in Hawaii from 1981 until 2006, he published Bud Grossmann’s “Mom & Pop” Property Management, an all-you-need-to-know system of useful forms and sensible advice for managing residential rentals.
Mr. Grossmann lives in Wisconsin.

As for non-business matters, however, please note that Bud Grossmann is a writer who considers all of life “material.” Therefore, if you correspond with him, he may incorporate some of your words (or events of your life) into his literary works while making a reasonable effort to conceal from his audience your actual identity. He hopes you understand that the “any resemblance ... is coincidental” disclaimer placed by artists at the front of books and the end of movies is utter and complete nonsense.
Regarding photographs taken in other than a public place and displayed or offered for sale on this Web site, with rare and justifiable exceptions, Mr. Grossmann holds model releases from all persons whose faces can be identified in the photos.
