ELIZABETH GROSSMANN was born in 1987. Four years later, her photographic career began before dawn one day, in a motel room in Kissimmee, Florida. While her family slept, Elizabeth went through an entire roll of film, taking pictures of herself in a mirror. Elizabeth took the photos on this page when she was sixteen years old. She used a 35mm Miranda Sensorex and Kodacolor ASA 200 film. She took them all in one day, on the Island of Hawaii.
