This loose-leaf book, first published in 1991, has guided countless landlords (including many professional property managers) to save time and avoid headaches as they deal with tenants in a fair-but-firm manner.
A new edition of “Mom & Pop” Property Management, in looseleaf form and on compact disk, soon will be available at this Web site. Most likely, the book alone will have a cover price of about $35.00. While you are waiting for it, you can order the 1991 edition for a special price of $18.00 (plus $1.00 S&H); when the revised book comes out, Bud will offer you a chance to buy it (without the three-ring binder) for $10.00.
