Honey, when we get your knee checked out by your ortho doc next week, would you please ask him, “Doctor, after the surgery, will I—”

W (interrupting):

“—will I be able to play the violin?”

H (gently):

Honey, I think the straight line for that joke is “Will I be able to play the banjo?”

W:

Are you sure? I thought it was violin.
|

H:

Come on, sweetie! Doc Niesen is an ortho guy! He’s sure to know the lyrics to “Oh! Susanna.”
