The author’s word count for this WoW,
from the title, above, to the final

one hundred twenty-five,
including THIS paragraph.

Try reading
this WoW to a
visually impaired,
sports-loving fan
of this Web site
and let me know
how many words
you expend before
your blind friend says
“I see.”

On a recent sunny
autumn afternoon,
David Fischer and
his wife Celeste Teale
were walking through
a parking lot at
UW Clinic East, when
Fischer paused behind
an unoccupied Ford SUV
and said, “You go on ahead,
honey. I need to take a picture
of this license plate—it’s the
abbrev. of my name!”

While Fischer composed his shot,
Celeste patiently stood by
and smilingly declared,
thy name is
BuD GRoSsmann!”
