In Memoriam
Dale Emory Strmiska
September 10, 1932 — March 16, 2018
Dale gave
to his nation,
gave devotedly
to his family, and
gave lavishly to our
Rio, Wisconsin, community.
Another thing:
the man could sing.
I never once, however,
heard Dale sing his own praises.
