WHERE DOES THE TIME GO?

I woke this morning and thought, What day is today? Oh, dear! Oh, my! Two days more and we will be into December! Where does the time go?

A little later, in search of Time, I looked under the dining room table, which seemed a good place to start. But I did not find it. Did find a big, white pill, the size of my fist it seemed, and took it to my wife, in the living room, and asked if she recognized it. “Oh, yeah,” she said. “Calcium. Thank you. I dropped it yesterday or the day before.” She dusted it off on the front of her shirt and said she would decide later whether to throw it away.

December, December! Amazing.

Life! One astonishment after another, does it seem that way to you as well?
