Dave was born on June 4, 1949, to David A. and Lillian (Peters) Fischer. Dave is survived by his wife, Celeste E. Teale; his daughter, Anne S.Q. Fischer; his sister Yvette, brother Gary, and other relatives; several beloved friends; and many much-appreciated neighbors in and around the village of Fjord. Dave was predeceased by his parents, his son Peter C.L. Fischer, and his brother Richard. In accordance with Dave’s wishes, no memorial services or celebrations are planned.
